Create Audience Mapping

/api/v1/audiences/audiences-mapping/

Create a mapping between external system members and OmniSegment audiences. This endpoint allows external systems to establish connections between their user identifiers and OmniSegment audience records.

Key Features:

  • Maps external system users to OmniSegment audiences
  • Supports multiple mapping keys (member_sn, phone, email, line_id)
  • Automatically creates headless accounts for non-member_sn mappings
  • Updates existing mappings or creates new ones
